Tre Cuori Gelateria is a love story—between people, cultures, and flavors. Founded by Tassia, a passionate chef and confectioner from Brazil, Tre Cuori means “Three Hearts” in Italian—representing Tassia, her husband Rafael, and their son Pedro. After moving from Brazil to St. Louis in 2013, Tassia turned her lifelong love for sweets into a new adventure, blending Italian gelato traditions with the warmth and joy of Brazilian hospitality. Since opening our doors in March 2023, Tre Cuori has become more than just a place for gelato. It’s a neighborhood spot where people gather, celebrate, and create memories—whether it’s through our seasonal flavors, cozy atmosphere, Brazilian savories, or live music events. Everything we serve is made with care, using quality ingredients and techniques Tassia learned through her training in gelato and confectionery. Tre Cuori is a little taste of joy in the heart of St. Louis—and we’re so glad you’re here.

Cute and chill setting, great and flavorful gelato. We had Fior Di Latte, Watermelon, and Pistachio. Watermelon is seasonal and super refreshing and natural flavor. Pistachio is really great as well! And Fior Di Latte is my always favorite. Highly recommend.

Every time I come in, I am welcomed with loving eyes and excited sharing of stories. I love the relaxing vibe, it makes me feel safe. All the flavors of gelato are excellent, as well as the desserts made with soul. And ABSOLUTELY try the Brazilian snacks, the staff will have a lot of culture to share. 10/10

Enjoyed some very tasty gelato, in a great setting served by great people. I enjoyed a cheesecake guava scoop and a vampire blood (cherry vanilla, my guess on the latter). My two daughters enjoyed it greatly also. A gem of a great gelato. Look forward to being there again.

My top choice for amazing quality gelatos ( Pistacho is the best one I tried here in Stl! ) , most authentic Brazilian acai bowls and superlative quality snacks. Beautiful space to take your family & great service too. Highly recommended!
